FAQ: What is Mamoo in Pakistan and Tohfay's liability in case of a delayed service or service not possible?
Every effort shall be made to provide the service as promised and/or deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, in some rare instances, MamooinPakistan may not be able to deliver the service exactly as promised. This may happen due to reasons beyond our control, Strikes / Floods / Acts of nature or any other causality beyond control of MamooinPakistan and Tohfay team.
Tohfay.com shall in no way be liable, by way of compensation for any loss(es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed, late or non delivery of gift, for any amount exceeding the value of service order placed.
